starting up with creatine...is loading really necessary?

    I don't know much about creatine, but according to some stuff I saw on Google, your body only has something like 2/3 g of creatine per lb. of bodyweight to begin with. 20-25g a day just seems like overkill.

    Is loading worth it, or can I get by on 5-7g a day from the start?
     
  2. Most say not with CEE, or did you get monohydrate? if so, i think many will say you should do a loading phase for about a week.

    5g a day is fine, there's really no need for loading.

    25g a day is rediculous. With mono you need to but not with cee. Load for a week and maintain 5g a day

    take 10g 2-3 times a day for 4-5 days, take a couple of days off, start back in with 4-5g daily

    Will I notice difference when working out? Or is it to just supply my body with plenty of backup whenever my body runs low?

    Whatever you do, make absolutely sure that you work out while you're taking it. It's really bad, in the long run, for your muscles to be pumped up with no exercise.
