I don't eat much, don't have that big of an appetite. I want to lose weight, and then start lifting. Lose a lot of fat, which is most of my weight, not much muscle :hsd:

push yourself, go until you either pass out or puke

when I first started running I was only able to run 1 lap around a track, and walk 3 before I limped home
    2 weeks I was running 2.5km's...

just push yourself, it aint hard, on your third week take a break thats when you are most prone to injurty BTW, and buy good shoes...from a shoe specility store, your kneez will thank you...and run on the street and not on the sidewalk

There's something called "The Fitness Trail" in a park near my house, it's about a mile running trail of fitness stations along the way, I'll take pics tomorrow and see what OT thinks about it as 3-4 times a week run.

Even if you can't run I'd do more than a mile. Though pace yourself(within reason) initially. Remember your mind will tell you to stop WAY before your body will.

Don't worry about "fitness stations" and just run. Run the mile long trail 3 times this week without stopping (slowing down is fine but do NOT stop). Next week run the entire trail TWICE (2 miles) without stopping. You should have figured out a basic pace for one mile from the first week and will probably know to run just a bit slower for the second week. Continue to run two miles until you can do it in atleast 17 minutes or better. Then try for 2.5 miles in 20 minutes...etc, etc.

...and definitely start lifting weights NOW!

well why didn't you start today?

don't forget like a lb of lean muscle burns something like 50 calories a day
