Well I used to be inshape but after high school I got lazy. I need to start working out as I have become fat and muscle has deteriorated. I have four days in a row that I can work out. Mon-Thur. Most of the times are after or inbetween classes. Monday I can work out after 3, Tues day I have class till 3 then I have to be back at 6, Weds I have after 12, and Thurs is the same as Tuesday. I was thinking. Monday - Chest, run Tuesday - Biceps and tripceps Thurs - Legs, run Friday - Shoulders What do you all think?
