Starting to eat healthy

    The past few days ive basically cut my food choices down to the following
    egg whites
    baked/grilled chicken
    sweet potatoes
    broccoli/anything green
    tuna
    hot sauce
    whole wheat bread
    natty peanut butter
    I am looking to eat around 2000-2200 calories a day out of these foods and work out during the week. My question is what other foods would you recommend and will I be losing weight eating like this?

    check the archives for some food lists, whether or not you lose weight is based on calories in/calories out, not food choices
