    I've pulled it off twice now, I'm amazed how well it actually works. :bigthumb:

    yeah its always cool to make a new technique work. and then sometimes youre just sitting there on your own imagining yourself doing the movement on someone.. or maybe thats just me :hsugh:

    it's when someone shoots, you sprawl and get at least one underhook, then you spin and throw them onto their side or back and get top position

    If that's the one it's one of my favourites. Karo does an excellent one.
