    there's a very long thread over there if you wanna check it out.

    bodyweight x 18 = #calories (i did +10lbs of my bodyweight cause of my age, figure i'll only benefit)
    weekdays = 60% fat/40% protein/30g carbs
    weekends = 60% carbs/10% protein/30% fat

    Why Is This Diet Good?
    this should be interesting.

    intake for today:

    i thought you were trying to gain LBM?

    i know some people claim they gain muscle with no fat etc on keto and/or CKD diets but i don't really buy it.

    not everyone responds well to zero carbs and tons of fat.... i dont know of anybody who does for LBM gain, but im sure people are out there. you dont have all that much mass right now, im not sure i would be concerned with diets reduce insulin to nill (thus limiting growth potential) at your level. my 2 cents.. take a run with it and see though

    I think a different kind of "anabolic" diet works pretty good

    Ketosis doesn't matter in the anabolic diet. Meaning, you don't have to be in ketosis for the diet to be effective. Just keep fat at 50% or higher of your calorie intake.

    I can gain LBM without having carbs everyday, but not everyone has my bodytype. That being said though, remembering how skinny the OP is, I'm sure he can only benefit from learning to eat shit lots of protein and eat like a man.

    i'll let you know how this goes. in this book it states "you're going to have to throw out everything you know about nutrition in order to accept this diet."

    let's see how it works.

    What a convenient way to get you to spend money.

    Basically this is what the book is telling you: Think of all we know about nutrition, everything that works and has been proven, and throw it out the fucking window and subscribe to my crackpot theory.

    This isn't rocket surgery, stick to what works. And a 1300 calorie breakfast with all that fat is NOT going to work.

    Actually you know what I'm glad your brought up that he's a top PLer and holds world records "and shit."

    That means he's probably juicing, which also means his body is going to use those calories WAY more efficiently than you. Just throwin' it out there but people comparing a natural gym rat to a juiced, world record holding, PLer and then trying to emulate his diet is down right stupid.

    And I don't doubt that. But with everything there is always a more detailed story. And I bet you're not consuming 1000 calories of fat a meal when you do it.

    high fat/high protein/no carbs (only from vegetables)

    i got LEAN as fuck... i'm curious to see what happens on this diet.

    read this. guy's a doctor... so he seems credible from what I udnerstand. I've also heard a lot of good things about it, everyone who seems to do it reports incredible results.

    WTF does being a doctor have to do with it? You think he's not on steroids because he's a doctor? :rofl:
