Starting HIIT today

    Would the stationary bike or the stairmaster be better?
    The ellipticals suck at my gym so i won't be using those.

    i was gonna say if you were running to stretch first, but really it couldn't hurt

    i'd say go for the bike

    i did the bike, 5 minute warmup and then 5 minutes of HIIT. It was tiring, but the worst part was my ass started to hurt.

    next time i will try the stairmaster and see how that works

    it's probably a lot easier to do on the elliptical..but stairmaster i guess

    I always use this bike, the Precor ones have a built in Interval program, works well for HIIT.

    lol, HIIT on a stairmaster? :rofl:

    Do it outside running, but if that's not an option then the next best thing is a treadmill.

    I've done it on a stationary bicycle before but I just felt weird going balls to the wall. I like doing HIIT on the track, first lap jog, then the rest of the laps sprint the straights, and jog the corners
