So I recently started lifting again, after a few month hiatus. It seems like for the last couple years, I haven't gotten really anywhere, so this time I want to do it right. Right now, i'm not all that defined and at about 15.9% body fat I was wondering if you guys could give me any suggestions/ help to aid me in reaching some goals. Stats: 6'3'', 198lbs, 15.9% body fat. Goals: I'd like to be somewhere between 200-210lbs, but lean and cut and be somewhere around 11% bodyfat. I'm unsure about how I should go about accomplishing this. Should I bulk and cut? Or should I just go about eating correctly and continue an intense weight lifting regimine. Also, I know I need to eat correctly and add some cardio to lose my body fat, so I would also need to know where that would fit in.
