Sort of like fitday + bodyspace, but with a better interface.

Anything in particular you guys would like to see?

I went from 170 to 210, back down to 180 by not working out.

    Currently 184 :hs:

    Is 200 realistic by august?

yea man, you looked scrawny the other night at the CRC....

it depends what you want to look like.....20lbs in 3 months....on the fatdude/gtlifter/KlownPR109 meal plan that is totaly possible....if you want to stay relatively lean then it might be possible but a lot more difficult...

Just make sure that there is a section for BASIC information in terms of fitness and nutrition. There are way to many misconceptions/myths that people believe, which usually throws them off or stops them from making any real progress.

if you can make it better, easier to use, with tons of easy access to commonly asked questions, i'm sure you will do well over time. it's all about word of mouth.

    better + easier + -ier

    also: constant updates
