I'm home for the summer from college and I decided to start building some muscle. I'm already and athletically built male. I'm 6' 3" and currently weight about 175. My plan is to add more muscle mass. I'm thinking I want to add about 10 to 15 lbs. this summer. I'm already a little tone but I want to get "bulkier." I went to my local health food store and the store clerk recommended "Muscle Milk." I work out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for about an hour and a half doing mostly upper body workouts. I drink the Muscle Milk after I get done working out and before I go to bed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I'm trying to eat healthier and staying away from fried foods. What do you guys think? Is Muscle Milk any good for what I am doing? Should I do more or what?
