    It's malto, high fructose corn syrup and whey.

    You're paying 3 bucks for that. Good job, you're an idiot.

    Why don't you start lifting harder and stop carrying such an obsession over supplements with flashy names.

    he's british with this long ponytail and he has crazy brit-teeth..

    he wears these super loose sweaters, but his traps bulge out like they're pumped up balloons.. then he wears these ratty sweatpants and caterpillar boots..

    he's 5'10, 195 and like 7% bf year round and its like a horse.. he says that if he doesnt lift for 3-4 days, he loses 5 lbs of muscle and his strength goes down like 40%.

    he'll be competing in the end of '08.

    Because putting 2 scoops of protein and some carbs in a shaker cup is such a hassle :ugh:

    weird, i've never found a whole wheat without hfcs.

    this is actually just to sip on while lifting, post w/o is just a protein shake and then dinner.
