lol, you eat nothing except one huge chicken breast.. wtf

Your macros look okay, but you could definitely bring the fat up past 40g.. maybe up to 70 or 80g. That will give you an extra 360kcal too.

Protein doesn't need to be any higher, so just add more complex carbs to your diet to make up however many more calories you need - sweet potatoes, oatmeal etc

yeah the macros looked pretty good. oatmeal is a good idea. what's a good source of fat?

I also do use almonds and coconut oil.

That's close to what I'm eating.

    I'm 5 feet 9 inches, 165-170 lbs. I
I'm aiming for 2000 calories which is working out to about 240 g protein, 130 carbs, 50 g fat. Yes I know that's not exact but I'm not looking at my spreadsheet at the moment.

I drink a shake on my drive to work in the morning. It's 1 cup of 1% milk, a little peanut butter, and 2 scoops of protein powder for

9 g. fat, 70 g. protein, 15 carbs or something. Does that sound like too much protein for one meal?

I try to grab like 5 every few weeks and let them sit on my counter and get nice and squishy. I throw some salt, pepper and some lime juice in and down it in like 3 bites. :big grin:
