Started creatine this week, ran and wanted to pass out

    I just started creatine this monday, and today(friday) I went out and did some sprints and almost passed out and threw up.

    This definetly isnt the norm for me. Could it be related to the creatine?

    no idea, but have you been drinking a lot of water with it?

    Ive just been drinking like normal. I know I could probably use more water though.

    It just suprised me today after the running. It didnt feel good.

    i'm pretty sure you're supposed to be drinking a shitload of water while taking creatine. i'd up water consumption and see how that works out

    did u take it on an empty stomach?
    i found that in the morning ifi'd eat then right after take some CEE and go work out, i'd feel nauseous and like i'm gonna pass out

    I didnt have anything to eat this morning. Its gotta be the water. I didnt think Id need THAT much more water. I havent as much access to water as Id like though since the water in my dorms suck.

    Im gonna go buy some jugs of water today.

    I think you just need some water and don't take creatine on an empty stomach. I've made that mistake this week and it's not nice in the gym

    you gotta be kidding me, bro. did you do any research before starting creatine? creatine got a bad name in the media because of people not drinking enough water with it and developing kidney problems. there is tons of research on it, i'll give you the cliffs. In order for the body to feel the muscle growth from creatine supplements, you need to take a shitload of creatine. When the body is done processing creatine, you are left with a byproduct called creatinine and it needs to exit the body. This is where urine comes into play. the body needs to create about 25% more urine when you are taking creatine so that the creatinine doesnt build up and become toxic.

    you should be at a minimum of 1.5 gallons a day
