I've been working out since mid February, and have been going on a constant basis (4-5 days a week) since the end of April. During that entire time, my goal during sets has been to get up to 10 reps of whatever I'm doing, whether it be bench press, shoulder press, curls, anything.

Since I started, I've increased my weights quite a bit. Granted, it's not a huge amount, but it's much better than where I was when I started out. My bench is up to 100+bar, shoulder press is up 20 pounds, curls are up 25 pounds. Basically, everything is up 20 pounds ore more.

So, I ask you guys this. Should I start doing more weight with less reps to try and build muscle more, or should I stick with doing sets of 10 reps with lower weight?
