so i just found out that my usual starbucks beverage (Venti Iced White Mocha with 5 shots of espresso) has 580 calories. lol. Whats the nutritional value of your daily starbucks bevarage?

i'd stop drinking it but they put something in their coffee which makes me have a giant fucking headache if i don't drink it, something called caffeine :squint:

I get vanilla flavored cappucino when my girl drags me there, because I don't ever care to bother to try anything else. And I don't use those fucking gay size words either. A small is problably like 300 calories? I could care less

I get starbucks probably twice a day. Living in the city and being at school for upto 6 hours a day I can't really bring my own.

I stick with straight coffee though. They do have some awesome fucking beverages there, but I don't bother because I know how bad they are for you. Insane amounts of sugar/carbs.

I stick with coffee and if I want to add some flavor I will ask for a sugar free flavor shot (usually white mocha or hazelnut).
I used to rock the frap during the summr until I found out a medium had like 65g of carbs :eek3:

I do that in the morning. I just buy the costco pre-ground stuff in bulk when it's on sale and brew it myself.... MUCH cheaper. But when I am away from my place for several hours a day I am forced to buy at least one cup from the actual coffee house.
