Had the mocha flavour a few times and it tastes great. I much prefer to drink this over other nasty tasting energy drinks, and it's not all that bad for you either (considering it's an energy drink).

    Nutrition facts:
    200 Calories
    2.5g Fat
    33g Carbs
    12g Protein
    146g Caffeine
It also has pretty hefty amounts of vitamins C,B,A, and D.

Only downside so far I see is 52g of refined sugar, and it does not wake you up as much as a monster or something similar. It still does give you a boost though and as I mentioned earlier tastes just like those starbucks mocha drinks sold in glass bottles.

Selling for $3 for a big can right now..Waiting to be sold in bulk :x:

that's a big downside, 52 grams is a lot of sugar homeslice

you could grind up almost 8 oreos and still not have as much sugar

I've tried caffeine pills before..Shit got me wired, never fucking with them again.

So if I need an energy boost (mainly for classes/studying), what would be my best bet apart from caffeine pills? Just stick with regular energy drinks? Strong coffee?

maybe he listed info for one serving and theres 2 servings per container?
well if you are drinking that drink the main rush you are getting is from the caffeine in it. the sugar might give a slight rush but not much.

if the caffeine pills were too much take a lower dosage. buy tablets not capsules and break them in half or even quarters so this way you are taking 50mg or 100mg a pop and you can tolerate it better.

you don't have any type of cardiovascular problems do you?

you can only digest 12 grams of protein every 6 hours so any more would be a waste

I believe the point of the TS is that this is a tasty alternative to other energy drinks, and it is also better than others in regards to the amount of protein. He did not make it a point to say that this is a healthy protein shake replacement.

    Thanks, guys!

make sure you check the expiration dates on the bottom of the can. They have a pretty short expiration period....and I worked for pepsi. We distributed the starbucks drinks and for the most part they were not a great seller so a lot of them would expire on shelf.
