First off, do you guys do these? Second, where should one do them? I have them in my new routine I started but haven't incorporated them yet because I'm unsure where to do them. I know the pet peeves about the squat rack but it seems the only logical place. We have 2 squat racks and a squat "cage" and a seated press "rack". Free weight area isn't very big and I don't want to get in anyone's way. Is there a better alternative?
