I haven't done box squats in forever. I was actually planning on doing low box for my deload this week. Going to get some time in the monolift too.

I've seen a some improvement coming out when doing below parallel box squats . I'm still learning to fire my hip flexors and glutes correctly.
I was doing them as assistance to my regular squats. I'd do my 5/3/1 sets, then low box at 50% for 5 sets of 10. I may go back to that a few phases down the line, but right now I'm happy with my assistance work and it seems to be improving my squat.
i started pulling sumo, and my hams and glutes started getting sore.
i basically straight leg all my deadlifts, if i was activating that shit i'd be pulling 600
I started pulling sumo then went back to conv when I fried my hips. I haven't tried anything over 460 sumo. I'll continue to mix it up when I get my hips and glutes working together
My mind goes blank when I try to reset after a sumo pull. Its like dur...how do i do this.
every first rep of sumo i'm all over the place
