Stair Master FTW

    today i did the stair master for 20min on lv. 13, burned a total of 320 calories

    out of curiosity, how accurate is the machine calorie counter?

    well since the machine doesnt know anything about you personally, id say not very accurate.

    The machine counter only goes by your weight I think

    see if you can get an HRM chest strap (just the strap), most stairclimbers these days have a built-in receiver for them. calculate your own target heartrate, and stay in that range.

    and personally, I'd rather put weight in a pack and and do a treadmill on incline.
