Anyone try it? Lately I've been doing it for wide grip pullups. Instead of doing straight sets of 12, 12,10,8 etc... you do 12, then 6 the following set, back to 12 etc. I started doing that last week with the pullups. Did 12,6,12,6,12,6,10,5 for a total of 69. This week I totaled 80 reps in the same 8 sets by alternating 12 and 8 throughout. I'm positive I read it somewhere. If anyone remembers...link?
