    Doesn't look terribly difficult or over taxing [the swimming would get me though]. You will be burning through a lot of calories if you are doing all of these calisthenics and heavy weight lifting together.

    Running many miles after a good heavy leg day is just torture.

    there's reasons 1 through 100 why i won't ever be a navy seal lol, that much running and swimming would cause my heart to explode into flames i think. holy shit 75 minutes of swimming, i can barely tube down a river for 75 minutes without getting tired lol.

    the running and the other stuff aren't bad at all, but damn, 75 minutes of continuous swimming by week 15? eff that.

    Yeah, swimming blows. There's an option to swap swimming for biking, double the time you'd swim, and bike that.
    Barring that, I'm not seeing anything (minus one) that says don't do it.
    Will be starting monday. And eating more.
