    back double bi is probably the hardest pose to get right and i dont even compete.

    Someone also advised that the top of your biceps in a rear delt pose should be about the same height as the top of your deltoids if not slightly higher.

    it looks retarded if your arm isn't at a right angle, i don't care if it's bigger that way

    actually i worded what i meant wrong. i meant pointing them at your head by having your elbows bent so far that your upper and lower arms are almost parallel :p

    ^^^ ohhhhh yeah, that looks soooo stupid, i think people do that because they cant flex their bicep unless they just pull their fist in really tight.
