i have read about proper form with squatting, bench and deadlifts etc but i am finding it almost impossible to keep my back from rounding off at the bottom of a2g squats....
..is this because of too much weight on the bar??
..or lack of strenght in the lower back region?
    ..or both?

It is impossible to keep your back straight as your hams touch your calves. Try doing it without weight and you will see that your back will still round slightly.

Someone on here told me to imagine the motion of "sitting down" as I reach the bottom of the squat. It helped to take most of the pressure off my lower back as I was not leaning over when i reach the bottom
