ive recently just got into doing squats and i need to know if i were doing them properly... 2 days ago, i did 3 sets of 12 reps where i will struggle getting the last rep out. the following day, my ass and the back side of my thighs are sore. now im not sure if its suppose to be my complete thigh section that gets sore? where exactly do you feel the pain after squats?

    lmk

you tend to feel the doms in the weakest area, and for you its your and your hamstrings

if you want to hit the squads more, higher bar position, narrower stance

*dont want to start a new thread so ill just add my question(s) here*

so thighs are one of the strongest muscles on your body... therefore, how much do you bench and how much do you squat? (include weight/reps/sets).
