So I'm noticing that my butt is getting more bubble-like with squats. It's kind of dumb, because the sweaters and shirts I wear rest on said bum and look goofy. Now, my legs are big(ger) too, but my hamstrings are lacking, so the effect is a big wide waist/leg area that tapers down to skinny knees and mediocre calves. I look silly in shorts. What area would one focus on for said problem? I'm not gonna stop doing squats. What else can I do for hammies?
