squat question

    ive been squatting now for about 3 months now and have made good progress and my strength is increasing. however after doing each set i get this feeling of wanting to pass out for 10 or so seconds and then it goes away. even during DL's i dont get this beat up, is this normal?

    Yes... its usually breathing related. The strain of the movement combined with staying tight and deep breathing is enough to make you light headed and want to pass out. As I learned the first time I went to Southside... if you ain't seein stars, you ain't doin it right.

    i get it too once in awhile, i just try to suck a lot of air between reps

    Yeah, squats and bent over rows make me feel like I'm going to pass out all the time.
