squat question

    since most people probably don't read my log I figured I'd ask here.

    i was exhausted before getting to the gym today and knew my squatting was gonna be tough. i tried maxing @ 225x3 and managed to get depth but on the way up I didn't keep form... had to push up with my back and stuff.

    do those still count as squats or what? :wiggle:

    yah because I sort've stood more upright to help get it up. It's hard to describe why it happens but I think my core was too tired and my legs couldn't push hard enough so I sort've used my back to help. I really need to get a video of my squat form so it can be fixed.
