you shift forward in the hole a little bit. Try cranking your elbows under you a little bit. That'll help keep your chest up

form is pretty good but if you stop at parallel you should find that youll get a lot more power and your weight will go up a lot. generally going ass to ground can put unnessasary stress on your knees and stopping at parallel is just as good with working your muscles.

form's fine. u can probably do more if you hadn't done so much volume prior to the set. i'd say record another vid of 315x1, with prior warmups sets of 225x3, 275x1. the speed on that 315x1 will be a better indicator of ur 1RM.

That was hardly ass to grass. Go back to your 1 inch squats.

I wouldn't squat in chucks if that was how I squatted though, get some proper lifting shoes.

Yeah, except you can't prove squatting deep puts any extra stress on the knees, and squatting deep hits different muscles to a different extent. Don't give advice.

Form looked solid except the heels. Like the stork said, you're drifting forward a little at the bottom, keep the weight on your heels.

take a little more time with your set up. you are very loose to start with. GET EVERYTHING TIGHT. good job. also what stork said, get your elbows under your wrists more.

form was shit on the 2nd rep....press out your knees, expand your groin, imagine pulling the ground apart with your feet, etc - your knees shouldn't come in like that
