A couple years ago i damaged ligaments in my knee and I still have problems with it till this day currently i rep at 135lbs and just do high reps and lots of sets because it takes stress off of my knee. I can go up to about 305lbs for a set of 4, my form is not perfect but after paying attention, watching videos, and reading on it i try to do it completely right. Is there anything I can do to strengthen my right knee so it doesnt feel like something is about to snap in it and i can up my weight.

i had knee surgery a few years ago due to meniscus and ligament tears - the only rehab was PT, and it took probably 2 summers of accessory work and stretching to get my knee back to 100%

definitely get to a sports doc and have them assess
