Squat experts get in here

    Besides the actual standard back squat, if you had to pick only one exercise to help bring up your standard squat, what would it be? When I go really heavy on squats, my back doesnt fail, my core doesnt fail, my hams dont fail.. my quads always fail me when im trying to come out of the hole and power up.

    Once I started front squatting my regular squat started to increase much quicker.

    ive been going 5 sets of 5 on my regular back squats. should i increase the reps with the front squats or stick with 5 by 5 with that as well?

    as low as i can go ray is a flat bench at my gym :wtc:... damn it.

    i squat three times a week so ill go front squats once a week and back squats twice a week

    I'll occasionally do front squats after squatting in gear but not if I back squatted raw.

    I've actually experimented with front squats immediately followed by back squats since with back squats, you're usually stronger at.

    ive been doing it the other way around, it's fuckin brutal.
