squat/bench/deadlift specific days.

    can anyone point me in the right direction for routine thats a 3 day split with squat, deadlift and bench specific days with assistance excersises too.
    much appreciated.

    speaking of this shit, im so pissed i dont have any of my buddies going to the gym today. my usual partners are going at 6, but i gotta go fuck bitches at that point, so i gotta go now.

    guess i'm going to have to ask someone that wont know what they're doing to spot me

    Like Mike said the volume is low.. Also you are only doing one main exercise for legs... And if you look closely you are doing one heavy day, one light, then one meduim... The light day is considered an active recovery
