Squat bar position

    i know it's been mentioned a million times but i noticed something weird with my new grip.

    ever since I started keeping my arms forward (under the bar) i've noticed the top back of my delts hitting into the bar. (left side only)

    is this a problem? do i need to move the bar?

    i always balance the bar as evenly on my upper back as possible

    put it as high as possible itll keep you vertical

    thanks for the tips. i might've been keeping it too low.
