squat and leg press comparison

    i recently spraigned a muscle in my back, and am taking a break from squatting since it hurts when i do. so i decided to do leg press for the first time since 6th grade.. i worked up to doing 675x8 (4 sets of 8, from christophers routine on wed.) and it felt surprizingly good, my legs felt pretty worked out.

    so the question is what do you squat and what can you leg press? last time i squatted i did 365. also opinions on leg press... if you have them :hs:

    yeah, i figured the model might make a difference too
