Squat alternatives? Is using the machine ok?

    I can't seem to do squats (can't go very low, keep feet flat on the ground, etc) would it be better to use the incline squat press? or should i just keep at it with my limited range of motion?

    chances are you need to work on your squatting form with lower weights , perhaps just the barbell to get a solid grasp of the proper technique..everyone can squat

    even with no weight, i cannot get parallel. nonflexible ftl

    do you make sure your ass is going down and out first? you really need to stick your ass out. at first you might feel gay, cause I did. And keep your weight on your heels. focus on burying your heels in the ground.
