    i wanna drop some bf but i dont want to do the conventional treadmill bullshat..anyone have experience with sprinting?

    sorry for the vague question, i'm still in the process of gaining weight/mass..i want maximize lean mass (obviously) so i want to add some cardio..supposedly hiit is the way to go, and i wanted to know if you guys had any prior experience and how it went

    I prefer to hit the treadmill for 20 min after working out. Just do the fastest walk you can do without holding on.

    I used to be a sprinter (and hope I can be again after ACL surgery).

    After a light workout I'l do 3 400m laps at 85-90%. 2 min break in between. Seems easy, it's hard as shit.

    300-600m sprints are highly effective for fat loss. tons of epoc.

    thanks everyone..im def gonna try to do it at least 2-3 times a week
