    Jesus. What a pain in the ass it was to upgrade to this phone.

    around 2 hrs in the store with an incompetent woman rep. then around an hour later I found that my phone had been shut off and i now had an account balance of $364.

    Tunrs out for some stupid reason they charged me $294 in early cancellation fees.... :eek3: As to which they could not remove untill my "paper" bill was sent out so that they could physicaly see the charges and "maybe" take them off.
    but I was issued temporary credits to get my phone turned back on..:rolleyes:

    during this last week i have found that I now have a credit on my account of $236, so i dont know wtf is going on, nor do i know what to do at this point.

    any suggestions?

    Just keep a close eye on your account online and watch to see if that credit stays or goes away. I wouldn't draw any unnecessary attention to it if I were you. I've seen Sprint mess up by over charging a customer, then they screw themselves over by over compensating them.

    Sprint has a LOT of dumb reps and it costs them in a lot of ways.
