I am probably going to order a Fobus paddle just because I like the way they work with my Glock 27 and how easy they cover with a lightweight jacket... but I am also thinking about some other options. Would be interested in hearing what the rest of you are using for yours.

I have one of these for my Glock also.

I kind of like the Yaqui Slide style holster. Never owned one, though.

Blade-Tech Small Of The Back (SOB)
Had a Galco leather version of this for my old S&W 3913

I would NEVER carry with a Fobus. I would do range ONLY. They are complete shit.

As far as IWB, can't get much better than an Alessi

I only carry with my Fobus when I am making a quick run out to gas up the car or some other silly thing like that. Just slide the paddle in and out the door I go. Never for extended carry. That's what my Don Hume pancake holster is for. ;)

I'm not a big fan of IWB holsters. I had one for my S&W 3913 and it was reasonably comfortable since it's a really small frame single-stack gun, but IWB is uncomfortable for me when used with any handgun that has a double-stack magazine.

Yeah, me too. I'd hate to draw, it fall apart, the mugger laugh at me and then me have to shoot him once extra for being a prick. :big grin:

I've carried the Fobus off and on for over three years now. No visible signs of wear and tear at all. They may be economical but I can't say that they are complete pieces of shit either.

For kydex, get a KyTac Braveheart for IWB. The wait is long, but you won't be sorry.
