in december? probably not, that kind of people usualy start a month ot so before spring break
however we are in the midst of the mid-month retard rush
I can't wait for all of the threads January 1st about wanting to lose weight.
I'm thinking about stayign away from all F&N/weight forums for about a month due to that reason
I've been wanting to get a new gym membership (been hitting my apartment gym for about a month and a half now) but I don't want to do it right at the new year because of all the new years resolution crap.
yeh it's going to suck...but they come and go within a week.

So his goal is to look good on the beach, whats the big deal? At least he isnt one of those clowns who will come to F&N in a few months and start asking retarded questions about gettitng "toned" in a week.
That probably won't start until march. But you have the new years resolution crowd coming in a month, so don't fret.
My gym has already started becoming PACKED. Good thing they swarm the cardio machines and not the weights.
Cutting starts feb 1st for me I need to gain another ten pounds though. I'm at 200 wanna get to 210 and shred down to 190
yeah, after the new year, the gym always turns into a cluster fuck.
but then after a few weeks, its back to normal

I did the pussy ass apartment thing for like 8 months and put on 12 lb. Then I went to a real gym and put on 15lb in 3.5 months with the right diet. Do it, and fucking love it...but go now before prices get jacked. Do it man, it might change your life.
the new years rush has started....how do i get ripped and toned??!!?!? should i do weight lifting exercises?!?! but i dont wanna get TOO big tehehtehe
be carefull, becuase one day you might accidentally eat 5500 calories, work your arms, and awake and be TOO BIG!!!
