    I am, only 2 weeks left for me and I can be free again. First time trying a low carb diet and it's killing me. I can handle very low calorie intake, but the fact I can't enjoy simple things like wheat thins or a deli sandwich just kills me. I get intense cravings and I'm not even hungry. I guess there's always beef jerky and a plain turkey hot dog with low carb ketchup.

    I've been on a less-than-strict cut for the past 6 weeks or so... 3 weeks until spring break, can't wait.

    soon after I'll be going back to what I should be doing, and that's EATING.

    Not changing diet but been training for a sprint triathalon so I've been losing fat :dunno: Don't really care much to cut hard, not going anywhere for spring break. Plus if i can get used to having a good amount of cardio in my normal routine I can cut easier for summer

    you guys bitch up and down about people coming here with routines that dont involve legs and trying to get a 6-pack in 2 weeks and all that...you guys are practically doing the same shit :bowrofl:
    spring break is less than a month away.

    personally I prefer the winter cut because its the time of year I'm not out socializing (re: being exposed to calorically rich food), not because I want a "beach bod". When I'm out on the patio in the summer, which tends to be a lot, I don't want to be worrying about how many calories i'm consuming
