sprained my wrist :ohnoes:

    I was fapping vigorously and...

    Just kidding. Went to see Rise Against and Alkaline Trio playing last night and got pushed into somebody in the pit. It didn't feel that bad the rest of the night but it started killing me when I got home. I've got it wrapped pretty good right now and I'm just happy it's not broken. I'm pissed though, I was making good progress in the gym and I know this is gonna put the upper body workout out of commission for a little bit.

    So should I just hit legs more often or what? Are there any upper body workouts I can do without having to use my wrist? Should I keep working out the other arm? Basically I don't want this to set me back too much and I need some advice how to best cope with the situation.

    Why not just use this as a reason to take a break. A break isn't a bad thing.
