Sprained Ankle

    I did a fairly bad sprain about 2.5 weeks ago.

    There was some pretty bad swelling for a couple days, but no bruising, and limited movement. It appeared to of gotten better, but over this last week, it has suddenly gotten worse.

    I have not been doing any physical activity that would enrage it, so I am stumped.

    Does anyone know of any stretches or something I could do besides just sit here icing it and poking at it?

    I wouldn't try to stretch it. I'd actually go see a doctor about it.
