does spot reduction(or impossibility of) apply to that as well? or is it genetic?
was today the first day you have seen the word subcutaneous and just decided to use it?
bwahahhaa ok, got caught.
but what i was trying to ask was can you do anything to try and work off the fat underneath the muscles, around your organs and such, not near the surface?
I suggest you try carving out that extra fat with a really big rusty knife
ok, so i'm guessing, it genetic and/or i need to lean out more...
actually I read in the newest New England Journal of Medicine that a team of researchers from Stanford University conducted a study on over 200 test subjects using a variety of methods and concluded that the only method of spot reducing subcutaneous fat was to stop posting forever thanks in advance
as soon as I started reading that, I knew where it was going...I was like "hold on a second, RO$$ never posts anything useful, I smell bullshit!"
oh and themarchhare, step the fuck off my subcutaneous bandwagon son
