Think this is one of my first posts in F&N. I've been doing the modified Bill Starr Routine for the last year and ended up being able to squat 275x5, DL ~ 286x5 and Bench was 1RM 220 a few weeks ago. All through out this time i was weighing 180lbs on the dot at 5'11, never lost & never gained. Over the past 3 weeks I've been doing some Olympic Lifting and out of nowhere gained about 10lbs! I dont look or feel different. Is it possible to have gained that much muscle in that time period? I'm quite pleased at putting on the weight but a little confused by where it's gone/come from! I keep thinking I'm going to take a huge shit one day and be back to my normal weight I don't pay attention to my diet or take any creatine, protein etc mixes Cliffs: Gained 10lbs over 3weeks, don't know how, just hope it is actually muscle!
