So lately in the gym I have been getting a rather sharp pain (not exruciating, but it is very noticeable) in both of my forearms. It is about midway down my forearm. If you were to lay your palm on a desk, it would be half way down the forearm, on the outside. Are these "splints"? I lift rather heavy, but doing preacher curls really set them off, so I shyed away for a bit, they got better, I hit preachers again and its back. Maybe I should wrap them for now on?
