Just to let you guys know.

No 360 here, but I would be interested on seeing how they handle remaking Malta in a game world (been there a few times).

 really looking forward to this, such an awesome series. Hope they didn't fuck it up too much by going more towards action.

I'd consider this. I loved the Splinter Cell games that I played on the PS2, but I thought Double Agent on the PC sucked. I'd get this one for my Xbox.

Finallly a try, been waiting over four years for this game. Shit was getting into GT5 territory.

After just playing through MGS4 it'll be cool to see how they compare, my guess; more action, less story.

It plays like the Bourne Identity in videogame format, hence why Splinter Cell purists are already hating the game. You are not going to be sneaking around in this game, but rather tagging enemies and magically shooting them quickly.

How come if I shoot some one in the head "manually" they don't die, how dumb is that?

Try shooting them in the head. I haven't had a problem though.

    My thoughts:
-Grenades/flashbangs are kinda wonky and don't feel stable. You can only pretty much throw them in a line drive, they don't really arc.
-The guns seem underpowered, they even sound underpowered
-The way they do the objectives and the last known position system is :coold:
-The cover and 'Execute' system are pretty cool.
-What's the point of taking a human shield if the enemies just open fire at you regardless?

It happened twice, I would shoot a guy in the head, blood would splatter, then he would yell "we're under attack!" and start shooting me

Is it possible I shot his ear or something?
