    I know most of you hate cardio.
    I started riding the bike after workouts yesterday for 15 mins after legs and it was awesome. I did 30 today and it felt even better. I dont know why I was so against cardio before(F&N).
    My workouts won't feel complete unless I ride for a few minutes from now on.

    Anybody do the same?

    I want to start doing cardio but at the times I hit the gym there are zero machines available.

    riding the bike and spinning are two totally different beasts

    I always do at least 20 minutes of cardio after lifting, than again I'm a fatty and need it :o
