Spinning

    I remember reading somewhere that spinning doesn't provide as good a workout as it seems because the motion hits a nerve that triggers some kind of fatigue response.

    Anybody else read this or is just my cracked out mind playing tricks on me again?

    your mind is playing tricks I think...

    I've never heard such a thing but who knows, maybe. I think its a good workout, burns calories and raisises the heart rate.

    Bullshit, I did it once and I felt like I was going to spit my diaphragm out. This was at the peak of my cardiovascular shape too (end of swimming season).

    :werd: spinning can be brutal with the right instructor.
