supposedly spicy foods increase metabolism. any input?
my input: they give me the shits.
increased strain on the toilet and your sphincter cause a significant amount of calorie usage.
But I heard the same thing about peppers and spices.
it's from the capsaicin in peppers
I enjoy spicy food so it's all good
well im considering drying out habaneros, crushing them up into powder and putting them into gelcaps and eating a fuck load of them and see how i react to it. i dont really get flaming anus from spicy foods that much.
it helped me lose some weight. One day I tried some curry from this indian place and had the runs for 3 days. I lost 10lbs

I'll do some pubmed searches on capsaicin then. The only thing I read was about coupling it with lipoburn.
