    Hi guys,
Leg days are really affecting my cardio schedule. For example, I worked on my legs on Sunday morning and I'm still sore ! (its tuesday morning). In the meantime, I can't do any cardio cuz well my legs hurt. Thats like sunday, monday and probably tuesday lost to leg soreness. Is there a solution to this ? Perhaps I am training my legs too hard ? or can I take some supplements to help my legs recover faster ? I'm pissed that I can only do cardio 4 days a week.

Don't be a pussy and stretch really good before you go running. Once you get warmed up and stretch and run for a while, your soreness will fade away.

Once you cool back down you'll be totally fucked but it's all good.

just warm up on the bike before you do whatever you do for cardio, they should loosen up

What kind of cardio are you doing? You can always use machines like the elliptical for your cardio and it doesn't stress your legs as much.

I normally have some decent resistance so I can feel my quads have been used after I get off.

Reduce your leg volume if cardio is important.
