Specific lower ab workouts

    What up... I've been determined to lose the last of the beer belly accumulated. Lost about 30lbs in the past year and the abs are coming in nicely, got the top 4 rockin pretty decent but the bottom are more stubborn of course. I usually do sit-ups on a decline chair with a training ball, and an oblique machine (twist hips side to side). Any suggestions for the lowers or do I just need to keep up with these same two exercises :dunno:

    The diet is the key.

    Once you lose the fat there, THEN you can start focusing on lower ab exercises to bring out the definition. In the mean-time, the diet is going to be your ticket to that full six-pack.

    Hanging leg raises and V-sits always work well for the lower abs though.

    Wow I've never seen anyone with this problem.

    to the OP: some people just dont' have good lower abs at all no matter their body fat.

    yea diet is my biggest problem, I cut out all soda and eat decently... but alcohol consumption is off the charts :o

    what exactly are hanging leg raises and V Sits?

    You can't target lose fat.
